Charity Lobbying in the Public Interest provides detailed information on why lobbying is important, lobbying laws for 501(c)(3) and (4) organizations, and how to lobby.  This organization works to dispel the myths that lobbying by charities is unimportant, inappropriate, or illegal by providing information on the important role of lobbying.
